There is honestly no good answer to this . It used to be on Tuesdays and a month from you travel date got you excellent fares. Now, we're seeing price fluctuations and flight changes so much that if you see a price you can be happy with BOOK IT! Also, consider alternative transportation if possible...Choo Choo!

While the Disney Magical Express is sadly gone, Mears the company that operated the service originally for Disney is still providing transportation to and from the resorts. There is also the Sunshine Flyer, a themed bus service similar to Mears. And you can always get a taxi or Uber from the airport. Be sure to ask for details at the time of booking for more information.
If you only want a stroller while in the parks you can easily rent one inside the parks in both single and double, these rentals also offer multi-day options that speed up the process when you get to each park. If you are looking to have a stroller the entire time that you are on vacation, there are a number of companies that offer rentals and will even deliver to the resort. Unfortunately at this time we are not partnered with them but can help you find one suitable to your needs. (Please note: Wagons are NOT allowed in Disney. Unless, your party has a medical need for one.)
It can be. Park Hopper is great option for those people that want to hit multiple parks in a day and don't plan on spending as much time at the resort or has resort specific days and want to maximize park time.

Yes and No. If you don't plan on a sit down restaurant or character dining then you don't need to worry. If you want any of the character dining or the themed dining at Magic Kingdom (Cindarella's Royal Table or Be Our Guest) you must have a reservation. Other dining like the world pavilion at EPCOT, you can get into, but it's a dice roll. We always like to be safe and recommend booking one or two restaurants.
